Silverbeet Rainbow Mix

This colourful mix of Silverbeet looks beautiful in the garden and on the plate! The lush dark green leaves and mix of red, yellow, pink and white stems make this open pollinated heirloom variety a must to grow. Pick the larger outer leaves leaving the smaller inner leaves to continue to grow to ensure a long  harvest.

Tip: Silverbeet, also known a Swiss Chard is delicious sautéd in a little butter with some garlic and onion (home grown of course!)
