Capsicum California Wonder
Bell type Capsicum (also known as a sweet pepper) producing high yeilds of thick walled sweet flesh. Green fruit ripen to red when mature. Can be used either green or red, fresh in salads or cooked in stir fry type dishes or baked.
Tip: Try these chargrilled on pizza!!.
