Beetroot Detroit

Popular rich red heirloom variety, developed in Detroit in the late 1800’s, producing sweet roots. Harvest young for rich sweet roots ideal for roasting whole or allow to mature and harvest for pickling.

Tip: Use Leaves and stems the same as you would Silverbeet!
